The Account and Success Manager is primarily responsible for the first line support of Centevo’s software clients and assisting the Key account managers in their responsibilities and projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Key Account Managers and Business Developers with updating data, planning client events and invoicing
- Follow-up and feedback internally and externally regarding requests and smaller projects in the software solutions or provided services.
- Support project manager in related client and internal projects.
- Take notes in client meetings and manage the action points to completion.
- Support presales activities such as product demos, marketing material.
- Be the client-interface and manage incoming support tickets in Freshdesk
- Report software bugs, specify product development and client request cases in Jira
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience of working in support or customer service is meritorious.
- Organized and proactive with great sense of responsibility to ensure that tasks and follow-ups are communicated and completed properly.
- Service oriented and possess the ability to identify client’s needs and present solutions for their issues.
- Interest in Tech or Finance
- Adaptive to evolving workflows, processes, and different systems.
- Problem-solving, daily planning and troubleshooting falls naturally for you.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information, both orally and in writing in English and Swedish or Norwegian.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an international team with constant cooperation and interaction.
Skills & Experience
